Tonio's 24 Hour cookies are made with rich brown butter cookie dough. Each batch of cookies is shaped into balls of dough weighing upwards of five ounces and put into a refriderator for at least 24 hours to insure maximum flavor and texture development.

If a customer is unpleased with the product they've received they must provide reasoning for the request of a refund. If the product is not made on schedule the customer has the option to receive a full refund or accept their product late at a discounted price. Due to the nature of this product, there will be no returns accepted when a customer is dissatisfied.
